Since 1979, RIZULTS...performance consultants has been teaming with executives, managers and employees and becomes their coach as they make critical choices and move toward redefined business performance.

We render a broad range of successful organizational performance interventions to clients across many sectors. The consulting services that we provide include work planning, team development, organizational change and executive coaching. Supplementing these interventions, we offer training programs to assist in realizing performance standards.

 

Focus

We focus only on what needs to be assessed based upon the result(s) you want to produce. RIZULTS assesses operations from a human resource perspective and creates the framework from which organizational performance interventions are designed to meet our clients' needs.

 

Methodology

After a streamlined diagnosis of your business concerns, we construct a proposal that scopes the work to be accomplished, delineating timeline and measurable objectives. In our proposal, we minimize the interdependent tasks, shorten the time lines and run parallel tasks. Total project integration comes last.

We review our adaptable proposal with our prospective clients, allow them an opportunity to ask questions that they might have and invite work plan specifications that they might want to include. We count on our clients identifying other organizational initiatives that might impact the facilitation of our project and its deliverables.

With our client at the shared helm, we facilitate effective discussions and our agreements drive how the work will be done. We assure that the individual, team and/or organization performance interventions directly relate to stated business goals and can be achieved in parallel with other business strategies.

In this course, employees can build their enthusiasm while accepting the opportunity that they face being downsized, deployed, surplused or laid off. Planning for Change

In this process-driven training, participants engage in discussion in an informal, seminar-like environment. The participants define change as a group. The types of change are given definition and the associated stress is defined. During the session, every person has the opportunity to define his or her needs and commitments during a change process. Sexual Harassment

This one-day workshop assists participants in eliminating behaviors of sexual harassment. Learning the legal basics of sexual harassment, participants gain awareness of the consequences of sexual harassment as defined by their company and how to stop it should they witness the occurrence of such behavior for another employee as well as for themselves. Through pre-test, post-test and case studies, participants measure their understanding of this civil rights mandate.

Train-the-Trainer

In this seminar, participants learn the techniques to becoming a trainer. Beginning with a self-assessment inventory, participant learn a "ten step design process" and how to master platform skills, discussion leading, facilitation styles and training strategies. Through the use of videotaping short training vignettes, each participant receives an evaluation from his or her peers.

     

 

<new> Letting Go of Old Norms

This course allows all employees of your organization to participate in a facilitated discussion regarding the desired cultural change within your organization. Co-facilitated by a member of your organization's senior management team and RIZULTS the seminar is implemented in a top-down management cascade.

     

 

<new> The Company and Its Survivors

In this workshop, participants have time to examine their thoughts about surviving a layoff. Throughout the day, participants build enthusiasm for focusing on becoming an initiator of change and 'intrapreneur' within their organization. In process-driven discussions, participants share their thoughts about the challenging issues of loyalty and the disappearance of employment security.
